About the Founder
“I'm building invstn.me to solve a problem I lived firsthand. I grew up on the west side of Chicago, attended high school on scholarship support, and commuted long distances to access opportunity. As a first-generation college student, I navigated loans, credit, and financial systems alone. After earning a B.A. in Economics and spending a decade at two of the largest U.S. banks across commercial banking, sales and trading, and wealth management, the gap became clear: students are not less capable, they often lack exposure. This platform is the solution I needed as a student, built for first-generation students and underrepresented communities.”
